Since 2013, HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung GmbH has acted as IMMAC’s concept designer, asset manager and property manager of alternative investment funds (AIF) under the new legislation. HKA is an affiliated part of the IMMAC group.

HKA has thereby taken on the refinancing role and the portfolio management that IMMAC used to play in its own right until 2012. Asset management and property management represent the core components of HKA’s portfolio management.
