IMMAC publishes Sustainability Report 2023

The company is thus following its holistic claim of a clear information policy for business partners, customers and employees of the Group.

The IMMAC group, a market-leading investment and asset management company with a focus on healthcare properties, announces the publication of its Sustainability Report for 2023. This report provides information on the activities and performance in the 2023 financial year with regard to the sustainable development of the entire group, including all companies and subsidiaries.

The sustainability report is part of the ESG strategy that the IMMAC group pursues in all business areas. It provides an insight into the ESG activities that the company carried out in 2023 in relation to the five central areas of the company: Group, Construction, Acquisition, Portfolio and Fund Product.

Last year, the care market faced extraordinary challenges that required a temporary reorientation of some ESG focal points. As a result, some of the measures planned for 2023 could not yet be finalised.

„Despite the challenging market situation, we at the IMMAC group feel that we have a responsibility to continuously pursue the topic of ESG. We have already firmly integrated ESG into our management processes in 2021 and created dedicated units for its implementation within the company. The environmental, social and corporate governance aspects continue to be of central importance to us. As an investor in the social and healthcare property sector, social commitment is even more integral to our corporate culture,” explains Cita Born, ESG Officer at the IMMAC group.
